The focus of my business, PEPUp.consulting, is partner evaluation and reward in professional services firms.
Work I undertake includes:
o evaluating partners as part of a management board or RemCo
o improving existing partner evaluation and reward systems
o major redesign and implementation projects
o key note speaking, teach-ins as well as design and delivery of partner conference sessions and strategy off-sites
I am a City trained lawyer with Magic Circle and international investment bank experience. For over 15 years I have held C-Suite HR roles in major law firms.
